Projects
NEXTGEN TV Fellowship
National Association of Broadcasters
From August 2024 to April 2025, three of my colleagues and I were tasked with designing a television app for the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Boys' AA state hockey championship game. Using NEXTGEN TV technology, we designed an interactive application that was presented at the 2025 NAB Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I led the graphic design and journalism portions of the project, having a background in both fields. We produced a short video package, highlighting the connections between Minnesota high school hockey and the University of Minnesota men's hockey team. The video appeared in our final version of the app and is available on KSTP.com.

Figma Wireframe of Application

Here's a look at the wireframe of our application. This is an early prototype that I designed in Figma, which served as a reference for our coding team in the development of the final application.
Gopher Hockey Videos for FOX9+
As part of my role as a production assistant at Gopher Digital Productions, I created two videos featuring the Gopher women's hockey team for FOX9+ broadcasts. The first video was a feature of Gophers starting goaltender Hannah Clark, where I conducted a one-on-one interview with her. I edited the video using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Additionally, I created a second, more light-hearted video. This video included Gopher women's hockey defenders Chloe Primerano and Gracie Graham. With the help of my producer, I interviewed the two players from behind the camera. I edited the video using a combination of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Maroon & Gold Sports Network
In August 2025, I founded the Maroon & Gold Sports Network (MGSN) as a student club at the University of Minnesota. My goal in starting the club was to provide a platform for students at the university to build experience as TV sports journalists, while also becoming a dedicated sports-focused media organization on campus. I created MGSN's logo and branding using a combination of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
In its first semester, MGSN grew to 30 registered members and began publishing content as it covered Gophers sports. Content has included video highlights, photos, graphics, social media videos and web articles. As MGSN continues to grow, the club is working toward hosting its own studio segment and training students for more on-camera appearances.
